tsp besan( bengal gram flour)

tsp turmeric

tbsp plain yogurt

green chillies, finely chopped

piece ginger, minced

tsp cilantro leaves, chopped
oil
for frying
salt
to taste
METHOD
Wash
and grate the corn. Mix well all the ingredients
(except oil) and divide into equal portions. Shape
each portion into small round ball. Deep fry on
medium flame till light brown. Serve hot.
