Onion, finely chopped

tomato ,finely chopped

cups Coarse semolina (rava)

cup boiled mixed vegs.

tsp. Mustard seeds
1
tsp. Urad Daal

curry leaves

tsp. Ginger, minced

Green chilis, very finely chopped
salt
to taste
A
few cilantro leaves
A
few toasted cashewnuts
Method
Roast
the semolina until very light brown. Heat the
oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad daal,
chopped onion, and green chilis ,tomato, mixed
vegetables. Cook for a minute. Add the water and
bring to boil, lower the flame and add the rava
slowly, stirring while doing so. Garnish with
cilantro leaves and toasted cashewnuts. Ready
To serve.
