BE GROUND TO PASTE:

big bunch cilantro

METHOD
Heat
the ghee and fry the onion till goldish brown.
Add the cauliflower and potatoes. Fry them for
5 minutes. Add the ground paste, cinnamon, cloves,
cardamom. Fry it well. Add the rice & fry
for a while. Add salt and water & cook on
a slow flame till rice & veggies are done.
Add more salt if needed.
